Claus Rerup is Vice President Academic Affairs at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2021.
Prior to joining Frankfurt School as a Professor of Management in 2017, Rerup was an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada.
His areas of expertise include routine dynamics, sensemaking, and organizational learning. Rerup’s work has been recognized by several awards, and published in leading academic journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Organization Science.
He obtained his PhD from Aarhus University, Denmark, and completed Visiting Scholar positions at Stanford University and University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and a Post Doc Research Fellowship at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Rerup‘s teaching has been recognized by several awards, including the 2019 „Award for Outstanding Teaching Performance“ at Frankfurt School.
