For their project "DESP – Digital Event Sharing Platform", FS student Linus Kühl and Jost Wiethölter from FH Münster receive funding as part of the DigitalChangeMaker Accelerator 2023. The goal of DESP is to provide an interactive platform where students can share events across Germany and universities.

Linus Kühl is a student of the Master in Corporate Performance and Restructuring (MCPR) and acquired the important theoretical knowledge during his studies and put it into practice with DESP.

"In the MCPR I learned that the challenges we face are characterised by high complexity and interdisciplinarity. The key to meeting these challenges is to strengthen collaboration and the potential to learn from each other. The project therefore focuses on the design and implementation of an innovative digital platform with collaborative features. The goal of this platform is to enable students to share and interactively visualise (academic) events of all kinds in a scalable way across universities."

By awarding a total of 15 DigitalChangeMaker Fellowships, the Stifterverband and the Reinhard Frank Foundation offer a funding programme that supports students in implementing their own projects. All of the funded projects aim to actively shape the digital transformation at universities.

The funding includes financial support in the amount of 1200€ as well as accompanying measures such as workshops, coaching, qualification materials and access to networks.
