Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Europe’s leading business schools and accredited through the German Accreditation Council, AACSB, Equis und AMBA. We invite applications for a faculty position as Teaching Professor in Business Law (f/m/d).

The position is located in the Economics & Law Department. The successful candidate will represent the field of business law, including international and comparative law aspects, in both bachelor and master programs of Frankfurt School in German and English. In addition, the position encompasses introductory courses in all programs of the department. The main responsibility of the candidate will be courses in areas of business law.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent teaching in the area of business law through an at least fully satisfactory (“vollbefriedigend”) law degree (1st state examination) and excellent doctoral performance (magna or summa cum laude), relevant research publications, at least 3 years of professional experience after the doctorate (inside or outside university) and experience in university teaching, evidenced by list of courses taught including evaluations. The candidate is fluent in English and German and fulfills the appointment requirements pursuant to § 68 HHG. The successful candidate should be willing to integrate research activities at Frankfurt School into own teaching. Contributions to the university's offerings in continuing education are welcome. Frankfurt School expects participation in academic self-administration and ongoing continuing education in subject-specific science and university didactics.
